Come one, come all to the Atomic Lotus Aerial Fitness sampler class!
This class is designed for people who have NEVER EVER tried aerial arts, & is suitable for any level of fitness. Class will focus on the fundamentals of aerial silks, lyra, & aerial yoga hammock. We will touch on the topics of flexibility & strength conditioning as well.
Join us for a super fun-filled class for people of any level. Last Sunday of every month 12-130p, excludes holiday weekends. Ages 14+ - No Expereince Required!
