Journey "Into the Woods" with us on May 9th as we explore the smooth and complex world of whiskey. ? In celebration of Tennessee Whiskey Week, we invite you to join us for a first ever, 5-course dinner, designed to showcase the distinctive qualities of finely crafted whiskey. We will be joined by special guest Jeff Arnett of Company Distilling and pairing their award-winning whiskey with five courses of modern Appalachian cuisine from chef Jeff Carter of Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro. The flavor profiles of the evening's featured whiskeys are enhanced by their finishings in Apple, Maple or Cherry Wood, and in the case of a new special Rye Whiskey - all three! Chef Jeff Carter will curate the perfect dish for each of the chosen whiskeys by incorporating those same woods, pulled directly from our Dancing Bear property, along with unique ingredients, locally
foraged specially for this event!
