Course Information:
• Fire roads, course is recommended for an experienced runner
• Elevation gain and loss: 2860ft
• Aid Stations: 4 (mile 3.9, 7, 10, 13) electrolyte, water, gels, salt, bananas, oranges. We are a cupless race.
• We recommend a handheld or hydration pack for this course.
NOTE: We don't have an official cut off time. We just ask that you maintain a 17:15 pace which would take 5hrs to complete the course. The last 6 miles are downhill.
