On the evening before Halloween, step into a space of movement, sound, and stillness—a two-hour journey to honor what is ending and make room for what is emerging.
We’ll begin with arrival and grounding, settling into our bodies and opening the circle. Through gentle shaking and intuitive movement, we’ll awaken, release, and cross the threshold into the veil. No experience is needed—let your body move in its own way.
As movement softens, we’ll descend into stillness and rest for an immersive sound journey with the gong, singing bowls, and chimes. Here, you’re invited to listen, receive, and simply be.
We’ll return slowly through grounding, then gather for an integration circle with a nourishing seasonal snack. There will be space to reflect and share, with a keepsake card to capture what you remember, reclaim, and carry forward. Sharing is always optional.
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring anything that helps you feel cozy while resting.
