✨The unknown is where the life happens. If you are not in the present moment you are reliving your memories. ✨

✨The 5Rhythms are gateways on the way back to a real self, a vulnerable, wild, passionate, instinctive self. When we embody the rhythms, the dance gives us an opportunity to dive deeper in to the state of unknown where we can break free of our illusions, conditioning and head trips. The simple practice brings us back to our bodies, to the present moment. ✨

✨Through the dance , we have a chance to detach from ideas about who we are and tap in to so needed and well too rare real experience of being total, free, intuitive and creative. The unknown waters is a state of being which we get into when we flip over to the other side of Chaos rhythm, after full-heartedly committing to the beat, feet first.✨

💫The hours of all workshop qualify for the Waves requirement for the 5Rhythms® teacher training.💫

Kat Pugowska, Certificated 5Rhythms® Heartbeat™ level Teacher was born in Poland, She has been dancing and practicing the 5Rhythms twenty five years now. She has degree (BA hon.)in Pedagogy of Health with specialization in Creative Arts Therapy as well as Diploma of Academy of Alternative Psychology. She is a member of Polish Psychologists Association, teaches 5Rhythms in London and abroad as well as works as an art/dance therapist. She is passionate about art and use oil painting for her self expression.

Piero Pierini – Argentinian artist (BA hon.) in Art from the University of La Plata, Argentina. He has worked with music and art for charities as well as privately as a coordinator and assistant with clients of all ages with diverse mental needs. He has been playing music for workshops for more than fifteen years.
