Hi there 👋Thank you for being interested in our Womens Circle.
It will be held in our studio at St Georges Basin and this is what you can expect it to include -
Sage smudging
Energy clearing
Grounding with Treebeat
Sharing opportunities/group discussion
Journaling
Oracle cards
Relaxation with the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, the gong and much more.
We will chat about life and how it’s treating us, how we cope with the ups n downs & celebrate it all with warm cacao n cake 😊
It will be a time to vent, listen, laugh, cry & connect 😊
We have mats, cushions, bolsters & blankets.
Cacao & cake will be provided for nourishment.
Bring your journal & water along to the circle with a special item to place in the mandala (and take back at the close of circle), your fav crystals and anything to create comfort in this space😊😊
