The Awaken Man is a warrior of the heart. He is the one who has found the courage to face and defeat his darkness and in doing so he is reborn with a new found sense of wisdom and strength. Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes his light then becomes a beacon to encourage, inspire and assist other men out of their own darkness.
This event is save space for men to be seen, heard, held and transform. Working with the mind, body, breath, moment and sound these men go on a journey inside to discover just powerful and valued they truly are!
This is not for the men who want to just sit on the fence. This a place where men support men to reconnect to their hearts and men find the courage to be fully seen!
The theme of this event is ‘Into the shadows’. In this event we explore the unconscious aspects of oneself, such as repressed emotions, fears, and desires, to assist in the process of integration of these parts of the psyche.
It’s not always easy to come to terms with the shadow aspects of ourself but repressing these shadow aspects often manifests itself into unconscious triggers
In this event we go on a journey of self-responsibility and self-awareness, to loving integrate and accept every single part of yourself so that you can live and thrive with more clarity and authenticity.
