A New Moon Sound Bath for Rest, Reflection & New Beginnings
As the moon disappears into the darkness of the New Moon, we’re invited to slow down, turn inward, and listen.
Join me for Into the Quiet, a gentle New Moon sound bath created as a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, settling into the body and creating space to simply be. From there, the sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments will guide you into a deeper place of rest and stillness.
You don’t need to arrive with an intention.
You don’t need to know what’s next.
You don’t need to figure anything out.
You are simply invited to listen, to the quiet, to your body, and perhaps to the small voice within that can sometimes be difficult to hear when life gets loud.
As we move through the evening, we’ll make space for what you’re ready to release and gently consider what you might like to nurture as you step into a new lunar cycle.
Come as you are.
Rest. Listen. Receive.
And allow yourself to be held by the quiet.
✨ Optional intuitive card pulls will be available following the sound bath for those who feel called to receive a little extra guidance.
No experience with meditation, sound baths, or spirituality is needed. Just bring yourself exactly as you are.
