Ecstatic Dance Sedona is a free-style, free-form dance and movement that is guided by the music, your body, mind and spirit to freely express yourself. A field of acceptance and openness is created by the rotating facilitators and fellow dancers which gives permission and courage to dance without inhibition, freeing yourself and allowing your inner wild to come out and have fun.
Dance is where we come to be nurtured, held by the music and our own self-reverence. In the heated cauldron of our container, things arise, and things are meted away. Come join us in the heat of your own healing movement.
