Who is this for:People interested in exploring their inner landscapes in expanded states of consciousness in safe setting and guidance of experienced facilitators.
The retreat will be facilitated in a group of a maximum of 14 people. Small group settings can create a powerful and intimate container for profound experiences.
To assess whether this retreat could be supportive of your journey and to ensure a safe and well-supported environment, we kindly request you to complete the intake form (send on request).
Attendance at the preparation sessions is also mandatory.
Our goal is to forge a secure space that embraces individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities. We ask participants and team members to commit to creating a non-judgemental and respectful atmosphere.
Our retreats have been carefully crafted to offer an integrative approach to personal exploration. While the main ceremony session plays an important role in our program, it is just one part of the transformative journey we embark on together. Our approach encompasses a set of practices and support mechanisms to facilitate a well-rounded and meaningful experience.
Before the retreat, we invite you to an individual meeting where you can address your questions and discuss your previous experience with group retreats. Following this, we will meet online as a group to get to know each other and introduce suggested preparation practices. These practices are designed to foster introspection and openness to the experience.
During the retreat, we will offer preparation guidance, individual check-ins, and various forms of guided movement, breathwork, and connection practices. These practices support the overall process, laying the foundation for the main session and aiding in the integration process..
After the retreat, we offer an online group integration workshop to ground the insights gained and remain nourished by the community.
