Deep is a restorative movement practice that pairs physical touch and cross-crawl techniques with activation of the deep core to create mind, body and somatic coherence. We utilize the Spiral Structure Technique® to create inner and outer unit core coordination while catalyzing vibrational change on a cellular level through shifts in tension and frequency. Deep is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements paired with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle tissue, restructuring the deep core and restoring somatic experience and integration.
