INTO THE DEEP: An Ocean Themed Sound Bath Meditation

Take a journey with this unique sound bath experience! This is part of a monthly themed sound bath series (upcoming: the forest, cosmos/space, and more!). Follow Christine on instagram @internalexploringSD and on eventbrite to stay informed of the next event!

Do you love the ocean? Is your spirit animal from the sea? Seeking a deep exploration?

Christine will be playing instruments that make sounds you may hear in the ocean and on the beach. Ocean themed projectors will be playing on the walls to create a room filled with ambience. You won't want to have your eyes closed for this sound bath! But if you do, eye masks will be provided.

This sound bath is great for people who enjoy intimate settings. The room is small which amplifies the sound and you will have lots of individual interaction with the instruments as Christine plays them close to your body (gongs, ocean drums, Tibetan bowls, crystal pyramid and more!)

Dress comfortably for this relaxing event. Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but you can bring your own too!

Sound Bath is held at Light and Space Collective Studio in Encinitas. These classes are independent so any payments or questions will be through Christine.

Note: This event is in a room while participants lay on yoga mats and blankets - water is not involved in this event :)
