Into the Cosmos Sound Bath Journey

Step into a deeply immersive evening of grounding, expansion, and cosmic connection as Lifted Spiritss guides you through an elemental sound journey—root to sky, earth to cosmos, body to soul.

This experience begins with a small cup of sacred cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine used for centuries to invite emotional softness, presence, and clarity. Or if you prefer Kava to help unwind both the body and mind, that will be available as well.

While sipping, you’ll be gently guided into grounding breathwork and a Tree of Life meditation, rooting your energy deep into the earth before we rise together.

From there, you’ll settle onto your mat for a full 50-minute cosmic sound bath featuring:

✨ Tibetan Bowl + Cymbals
✨ Temple Wind Gong
✨ Northern lights & star-field cosmic lighting

We will rise through each chakra—Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown—using vibration to guide you from the earth’s grounding embrace into the treetops, the sky, the clouds, and finally into the galaxies.

Each bowl will be given ample time (5+ minutes per chakra) to allow your nervous system to settle, process, release, and expand.

The room will be fully transformed with cosmic lighting so you can truly feel like you’re floating through the universe.

We’ll close with a slow descent back into the lower chakras to ground your energy, followed by a re-rooting visualization, leaving you centered, steady, and deeply restored.

Afterward, enjoy time to stretch, sip tea, journal, or share your experience.
