Into the Body: A Somatic Exploration

In a world that is fast and loud, we often forget to give ourselves space to feel. Our bodies, so full of wisdom, truth and intelligence is over looked due to a very stimulating external world. What this results in is a population that is disconnected from our pleasure, our empathy, our desires and our internal compass pointing us to our true North. But all is not lost. Our resilient and forgiving soma are just waiting for us to to feel again.

In this 2 hour practice, you will be guided into the body to uncover an expanded sense of inner awareness and physical sensation. From here, we give these sensations shape, movement and sound, reconnecting with our bodies wisdom and freeing stagnant stories, feelings and blocks.

This workshop is for anyone who wishes to connect with themselves in a deeper, embodied way. Whether you are practiced in somatics or feel as though you are connecting with your body for the first time in a long time, all are welcome and no experience is necessary.

Host- Adina Diaz the owner of Guided Flame Spa And Wellness, Licensed Aesthetician with 21 years of experience, Reiki Master, Sound Therapist, Yoni Steam Provider, and Herbalist.

Bri is an embodiment guide, ceremonialist, tattoo artist and Reflector in Human Design who has dedicated herself to cultivating spaces of conscious community, creative expression, and sacred ceremony facilitation. She believes these 3 ingredients to be key in the realization of a more connected and compassionate world. Bri lives between Copenhagen and Berlin where she tattoos, dances, guides and supports her community to uncover a more embodied and aligned sense of self.
