In our everyday lives, touch often becomes automatic: a quick hug, a brief handshake, a fleeting gesture. Yet, when we slow down and bring full presence into our touch, something extraordinary awakens. Conscious Touch is not only a way of meeting another person, but it is a gateway to presence, intimacy, and a deeper experience of life itself.This workshop is an invitation to step into a sacred space where the body becomes a temple of awareness, and where even the simplest gestures, like a hand resting on a shoulder, the warmth of a palm, the rhythm of a shared breath, can open us to love, trust and profound connection.
In this evening workshop we deepen the journey into the art of touch.
Together we will explore how we can transform resistance into flow, and how every touch, when filled with presence, becomes a bridge between protection and openness.
Through a combination of gentle theory, guided partner practices and meditative exercises, we will discover how to stay present even when we would like to react and defend ourselves so that we can melt back into trust.
It’s an evening of slowing down, listening and feeling, where touch becomes not only physical, but a language of truth, care and awakening.
Come alone or with a partner; all practices are guided, fully clothed, and done in a space of respect and safety. There is no intimate touch involved. Every exercise is an invitation and so you are always free to listen to yourself and honour your boundaries.

- soft tantric practices that awaken body awareness and refine the senses
- guided touch exercises that cultivate trust, safety and intimacy
- meditations to ground and connect with your inner presence
- practical inspiration to bring more tenderness, love and authenticity into your daily life and relationships
