Are you ready to reconnect with your body, your desires, and your aliveness? This unique program weaves together intimate bodywork, movement, and self-inquiry to open new pathways of pleasure, presence, and power.
You’ll learn to relax more deeply, expand into new qualities of being, and transform old limiting believes into a relaxed state of mind. In a safe and supportive space, we’ll explore connection, sensuality, playfulness, and power, so you can embody more of who you truly are.
Practical information:
• Four modules of 3 days, in April, June, September and November 2026.
• Five private sessions (90 minutes each)
• Four online calls for reflection and meditation
• Homework & Buddy support to deepen the journey
