Juicy relationships thrive on generative conflict. Our powerful REPAIR process teaches you the skills to turn bumps into joy & connection.
About this Event

Juicy relationships thrive on generative conflict. Our powerful REPAIR process teaches you the skills to turn bumps into joy & connection.

Unresolved hurts or conflicts leave intimate partners feeling disconnected and turned off. All meaningful relationships will inevitably experience challenges - the key is how we respond.

Rather than being bad news, difficult moments can be powerful opportunities. With the right skills, they become doorways to deeper connection.

The depth of our relationships is based on our ability to repair and learn from the bumps in the road.

The challenge is that in conflict, we may not be at our best. For example, we may want to really listen or express ourselves, but in the heat of the moment, we may go into ‘fight’ mode or lose track of our own needs and just give in. We may not have developed the skills we need to make the conflict a moment of juicy intimacy.

Our experience has revealed that generative conflict - when done with curiosity, dignity, and care - can actually increase connection and trust. Rather than unconsciously hoping that our relationships will always be easy, we can actively learn the skills that bring us closer to the ones we love.

The REPAIR process is six-step map to those skills to guide you through challenging conversations.
