Many of us have spent years doing inner work.
Therapy.
Books.
Personal growth.
Attachment work.
Nervous system education.
We understand our patterns.
And yet some things continue to repeat.
We long for deeper connection, but intimacy can feel vulnerable.
We want more ease in relationships, yet our bodies remain tense.
We struggle to ask for help.
To receive support.
To say yes.
To say no.
To stay connected to ourselves while staying connected to another person.
Many of these same patterns also show up in sexuality:
our ability to feel desire, pleasure, aliveness, vulnerability, and authentic connection.
This small immersive gathering is an invitation to explore intimacy, relationships, embodiment, and sexuality through direct experience.
Through somatic practices, movement, nervous system work, and relational exploration, we will investigate:
• relationship with self and body
• intimacy and boundaries
• patterns of protection in relationships
• receiving support
• nervous system regulation in connection
• sexuality as part of aliveness and human connection
• embodied presence and authentic contact
This workshop may resonate especially with people who have already explored therapy, personal growth, attachment theory, relationships, or nervous system work and are interested in moving beyond understanding into lived experience.
