Special Operations Spouses, this one’s for you! Join us for a FREE Pilates class at B•LONG Pilates Studio, a unique opportunity to challenge yourself and focus on your well-being during the busy holiday season.

Hosted in partnership with B Long Pilates, this class is designed to provide Special Operations Spouses with a space to take time for themselves, recharge, and experience something new. The Station Foundation is dedicated to supporting the Special Operations community, and this class is just one way to give back to the spouses who tirelessly support their families and the mission.

B•LONG Pilates offers a modern Pilates practice that’s more intense and fat-burning than traditional classes. Using the XFormer machine and slow, controlled movements, you’ll engage your entire body in a workout that targets muscles often neglected by traditional exercise. With fewer breaks and quicker transitions, this class delivers a high-intensity, full-body workout in less time, making it the perfect way to prioritize your fitness during the holiday rush.
