Interwoven: Self Care Workshop for Moms with Tots at the Aquarium
Special Operations Forces Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for a peaceful self care workshop specially designed for moms with tots. This special Self Care Workshop for SOF Spouse Moms with Tots blends practical wellness tools with a relaxing outing at the VB Aquarium because caring for yourself matters just as much as caring for your family.
This experience is designed to be a welcoming, supportive space where moms can take a breath, slow down, and recharge while their little ones engage in hands on experiences and explore the wonders of the ocean. It's a chance for moms to refill their cup knowing the children are having fun in a safe and nurturing environment.
Life as a SOF spouse can be uniquely demanding from long training cycles and deployments to solo parenting seasons and constant change. When you’re caring for everyone else, it’s easy to place your own needs last. Self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s essential. Take time to reset, connect with others, and learn simple wellness tools to help reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and support your well-being.
When moms feel supported and refueled, the entire family benefits.

- Please dress comfortably and according to the weather.
- Aquarium exploration time where moms and tots can enjoy marine life together.
- Refreshments will be provided.
When registering for an event, all required fields on the order form must be completed in entirety. Incomplete order forms will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure event security and the highest quality experience possible.
