About this Event

Interwoven: Gong Bath Therapy for SOF Spouses

The Station Foundation invites SOF Community Spouses to join us for a transformative session where the power of sound and vibration will guide you towards deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses various musical instruments and modalities to promote healing, reduce stress, and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. This gong bath takes place in a tranquil and comfortable space where you are encouraged to relax and allow yourself to fully immerse into the experience and the environment that sound creates.

Crystal Hogan will guide this gong bath with a variety of different modalities that are carefully sequenced using their frequency and vibration to promote balance. The sounds will activate your parasympathetic nervous system, also known as your ‘rest and digest’ state, resulting in improved physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Gong baths reduce stress and anxiety and help with sleep, relaxation, creativity enhancement, and spiritual development.

Event Details:
Please bring a mat if you have one. If you do not own a yoga mat, one will be provided for you.
Please dress in cozy, comfortable clothing.
All abilities welcome; no experience necessary.

Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station. Station alumni, invite a friend to join the fun and learn mindful practices to improve self care.
