Interwoven: Folded Copper Bracelet Workshop for SOF Spouses
Special Operations Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for our upcoming jewelry-making event. During this event, participants turn raw copper into a piece of stunning jewelry with a distinct pattern that requires intentionality and presence. We will tap into creativity, explore the extraordinary art of blacksmithing, and practice meditation to reduce stress and encourage mental clarity.
The journey from raw copper to a piece of stunning jewelry is an art that marries artistry, creativity, and craftsmanship. It requires intentionality and is a perfect opportunity for breathwork and mindfulness practice. As participants engage in the repetitive motions of folding copper, they enter a flow state. While “in flow,” participants experience a focused, relaxed state of awareness that quiets the mind and reduces stress. The creation of hammered copper jewelry ensures each piece is one-of-a-kind, as even small variations in striking patterns create unique textures.
Join us as we tap into creativity, explore the extraordinary art of hammered jewelry, and experience a centered, grounded state of relaxation.
There's little room on our calendar for stillness. Changing that routine requires intention. We can slow down and check in with what our bodies are telling us. We can focus on our breath. We can recalibrate in silence. In doing so, we become more grounded, emotionally available, and better versions of ourselves for those we love. No experience is required; come open-minded and look forward to connecting with our local Station community through this experience.

Event Details:
- Come dressed in work clothes. Layers are probably going to be best fitted since there is a lot of HEAT-generating movement.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- No experience is necessary.
- Drinks and dinner will be provided.
- This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 6 spouses.
- We kindly request a cancellation notice no less than 72 hours before the event. Thank you for your consideration.
- This is an alcohol-free event. Thank you for your cooperation.
Additionally, please note that childcare is not available for this event, and children may not attend. Thank you for respecting this policy as it ensures a space free of distractions for the attendees.
