Join Dr. Robert Hanser for an in-person overview of Interviews, Records, and Report Writing on Friday, May 22, 2026 (8:30 am- 3:30 pm). Strauss Hall Room 148. Participants will gain practical tools for conducting effective interviews that elicit reliable, admissible information, while avoiding common pitfalls that can undermine a case. The training will also cover best practices in records management, including how to organize, preserve, and interpret documentation in a way that supports legal strategy and withstands scrutiny. In addition, Dr. Hanser will provide guidance on report writing techniques that enhance clarity, accuracy, and persuasive value—skills that are critical for litigation, compliance work, and internal investigations.CLE credits available!
