The Scarborough Renaissance Festival is seeking Stage Managers for its 45th season!The Scarborough Renaissance Festival is a 16th-century themed event in Waxahachie, Texas, recreating an English village with knights, jousts, artisans, live shows, themed weekends, and food, offering immersive, interactive fun for all ages during April and May. Visitors enjoy handmade crafts, blacksmithing, falconry, music, themed parades, and even fairy tale weddings, all within a bustling, historically-inspired setting.
Our festival hosts a large cast of characters and multiple performers, performing on over 20 stages throughout the day. We are seeking Stage Managers who enjoy working outdoors, can facilitate multiple stages and performances, easily take direction, can communicate clearly, and have a sense of humour!

Applicants must be 18 and older, have access to reliable transportation, and be available for the entire Season. NEW THIS YEAR: Please note that Stage Managers will be considered members of our Production Team, they will not be members of the performing cast.

Festival dates: April 4 – May 25, 2026 (Saturday & Sundays and Memorial Day Monday)
Tear Down: May 26, 2026
