Interrupting Bias 101

This professional development workshop is focused on empowering participants to recognize and interrupt bias, both within themselves and in the workplace. Attendees will explore how unconscious biases impact decision-making, relationships, and workplace culture. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants will learn practical strategies to challenge and disrupt bias in daily interactions and organizational practices. By the end of the session, employees will be equipped with the tools to foster a more inclusive, equitable, and bias-aware workplace.
