Mute Elephant & Club With No Name PresentsINTERROBANG!Kicking up a righteous racket since 2014, Interrobang are still creating their very own pulsating, intense punk-funkstorm. But this time though they’re calling it agit-synth. Interrobang (feat Dunstan Bruce and Stephen Griffin) are sometimes a two-piece: a sort of Punk Shop Boys Interrobang?! if you will and sometimes a three piece with the foreboding presence of drummer Stephen Gilchrist looming large. This time they are creating something that is current and relevant; something that speaks to their generation who grew up in the shadow of punk, with hopes and dreams, still full of rebellion.
But now the music is embracing new technology; synths, beats and samples pepper the soundscape whilst Griff’s guitar embraces the angularity and anti-rock aesthetic of Wire and Gang of Four as well as giving a nod to some 70/80s Bowie. Let’s chuck in some LCD Soundsystem, some Chalk and some Amen Corner too. Their sophomore album “Rethink Everything” is expected to be released March 2026 on FOAD Musick. It’s going to be a banger with a single or two beforehand too. Lyrically they still address such questions like what happened to that spark inside? How do you express your anger now? And how do we make ourselves heard and where do we fit in? Yeah, they’re still full of righteous anger about the state of the world. But now they’re looking for the hope, the inspiration, the desire, the way forward out of this hellscape.
It’s all about the future; they reject wholeheartedly the idea of nostalgia, they refuse to live in the past, there’s no misty-eyed looking back; this is all forward, forward motion.
MOLLY VULPYNE BAND - Building on the success of her 2024 solo EP Amortise, Molly Vulpyne is back with a powerful new lineup - the Molly Vulpyne Band. The group unites acclaimed musicians Peter Jones (Paranoid Visions), Jay Bagnall (Paranoid Visions, Steve Ignorant Band), and Tony Carberry (Lee Harveys). With each member bringing their own distinctive flair to the table, together they create a sound that defies categorisation. On stage, the band's explosive chemistry and fearless approach to genre fusion deliver anthemic hooks, soaring riffs, an unstoppable rhythm section, and emotionally charged storytelling.18+
