As the sun rises over the ocean and the waves gently greet the shore, I invite you to join me for a special International Yoga Day Workshop at Revere Beach.
For one hour, we’ll slow down together. Move with intention, breathe with awareness, chant, meditate and simply allow ourselves to be present with the sea, the sky and the community around us.
Whether you are an experienced practitioner or stepping onto a mat for the very first time, you are welcome here.
Bring your mat, a water bottle and wear breathable clothing that allows you to move with ease. If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring your morning coffee too. Let the ocean be our studio and the sunrise be our guide.
