🌿 Join us for a classic morning yoga practice! 🧘🏼♀️
All levels are welcome.
Let's get together to raise our energy for the day, improving endurance, strength, flexibility, and groundedness.
This session will be led by Melissa - a certified yoga teacher 🧘🏼♀️
🧘🏼♀️ About Melissa:
Melissa studied yoga in Indonesia, meditation in Thailand, and Kundalini Yoga from Harijiwan, and Mandev from the Gobind Institute. A Level II Okuden Reiki practitioner, certified also in the Neurowave method, Medical Qi Gong, and as a hypnotist- with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. Melissa has been working with clients for over 3 years to overcome any physical, energetic, and mental blocks, to embody their soul’s fullest potential.
This class is dedicated to international yoga day, and celebrating the yoga tradition 🧘🏼♀️✨
