International Yoga Day at Redondo Beach

Join us for a special International yoga day at Redondo beach Yoga session!

Location:South Redondo beach Lifeguard E

Use the stairs between Ave G and Ave F to get down to the beach.

Use the slope near Ave E to reach the beach.

What to Bring: - Yoga mat or towel - Water - Comfortable clothing, and a positive mindset

This class is Free!

Typically, International Yoga Day involves performing 108 Sun Salutations.

However, as this can be quite challenging, we will focus on a yoga session centered around Sun Salutations.

Beginner or all levels are welcomed .

In case of bad weather, the session will be rescheduled.
