Simple Therapy Outdoors | IWD Walk for Women
Celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD) with a joyful outdoor walk designed especially for women.
This International Women’s Day walk in London is a chance to slow down, get outside, and celebrate yourself alongside other women in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Created by Simple Therapy Outdoors, this event focuses on connection, mental well-being, gentle movement, and community, all set within some of North London’s most beautiful green spaces.
Whether you’re marking IWD, looking for a women’s wellness walk, or simply wanting to try something new outdoors, this experience offers space to breathe, connect, laugh, and feel supported.
In celebration of International Women’s Day, all attendees will receive:
✨ A boxed cupcake
✨ A goodie bag filled with a selection of high-street branded products, because we deserve it

📍 Route: Kenwood House, The Hill Garden & Pergola, and Sandy Heath Circular
📏 Distance: 6.6 km
⏳ Walking Time: Approx. 2.5 hours
(Additional time included for breaks and group pace)

About Simple Therapy Outdoors
Simple Therapy Outdoors is a community initiative supporting mental health beyond one-to-one therapy. Through outdoor walks, shared experiences, and connection in nature, we aim to boost well-being, reduce loneliness, and create inclusive spaces for everyone.
This IWD walk is part of our ongoing programme of outdoor wellness events designed to help people feel more connected to themselves, to others, and to nature.
🚗 What to drive?
Pay & Display parking is available at Kenwood House, located at the West Lodge on Hampstead Lane.
• £3.60 for 2 hours
• Up to £7.20 for 4 hours
