An International Women’s Day special lands at Esquires on Saturday March 7, with self-styled alt rockers ‘A Void’ bringing their DIY punk aesthetic fuelled by Boursin Cheese and pickle juice. Yes, they hail from Paris, France, citing influences from Sonic Youth to Charles Aznavour. New single ‘Fish in Your Pocket’ is out now, available just about everywhere. The band will come armed with acoustic guitars for this one, as they have lost the drummer under the fish head and are currently seeking a new one... could it be you?
