For this special occasion, we’re adding a short Yoga session led by a guest female instructor Jacqui.

This gentle introduction will help you stretch, relax, and connect with your body brings together movement and mindfulness in a supportive and welcoming environment.

You will experience:

• Fitness & Muay Thai Session - Led by Kinga
  A dynamic, beginner‑friendly workout focused on strength, coordination, and confidence. No previous experience needed - all levels are welcome.
• Yoga Session - Led by Jacqui
