✨ 9:30am: Quiet Drop-In Session
A calm, quiet time for newcomers to pop in, ask questions. Perfect for anyone who might find the rest of the day a little intimidating.
✨ 10:00–10:45am: Morning Workshop (limited to 8 women)
Aimed at newbies who would like to try the gym and learn about strength training.
🎉 11:00am–12:30pm: Main Event
Fun games, lots of laughs, training together, and the chance to meet lots of new women. Open to all women! Coffee & refreshments provided.
✨ 12:45–1:30pm Afternoon Workshop (limited to 8 women)
