INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY — FREE Women’s Self-Defense Community Workshop

Gain real-world skills and sharpen your safety awareness at AVIV’s free Women’s Self-Defense Seminar in celebration of International Women’s Day. The first 50 registrants will receive a free swag tote bag filled with special gifts from AVIV. Stay after the seminar for a lively community celebration featuring a food truck, music, and fun.

Led by AVIV owners and 6x World Champions and Hall of Fame athletes Luanna Alzuguir and Ana Carolina Vieira, this empowering session draws on their global experience teaching practical self-defense to students of all ages, body types, and skill levels. Special guest instructor and assistant coach Larissa Antunes, a former Olympian and Masters World Champion in jiu-jitsu, will also help lead the training.

More than elite competitors, these women foster a supportive, positive environment that is healing, inspiring, and transformative. All are welcome—please wear athletic attire.
