Adapting Best Practices: Exposure to best practices and innovative approaches in supporting women healthcare workers' mental health and work-life balance can provide valuable models for improving healthcare environments in other regions.

Networking Opportunities: The convention provides an opportunity to connect with Canadian healthcare professionals, policymakers, and advocates. International delegates can form partnerships and collaborations that foster global cooperation in healthcare solutions and support for women in the profession.

Inspiration for Policy Development: Learning about advocacy efforts, mental health initiatives, and gender equality measures in Canadian healthcare could inspire international delegates to promote similar policies and initiatives in their own countries, leading to systemic changes in their healthcare sectors.

Understanding Mental Health Support Systems: Delegates will explore the mental health resources and interventions available in Canada, such as using music therapy for stress relief. This could help them introduce new wellness programs and mental health services in their respective healthcare systems.

Cultural Exchange and Diversity: The convention promotes a rich exchange of experiences from diverse healthcare systems and cultural contexts. This helps build a broader understanding of how different regions tackle similar challenges and enriches the global conversation around healthcare support for women.

Empowering Women Globally: International delegates will take home knowledge about gender-specific challenges in healthcare and strategies for empowering women in the workforce. This could foster global initiatives that emphasize gender equality and women’s leadership in healthcare.

Collaborative Solutions for Global Challenges: The convention can serve as a platform for international delegates to collaborate on solutions for universal healthcare challenges like staff burnout, resource shortages, and mental health, benefiting both the Canadian and global healthcare workforce.

Cultural Immersion through Therapeutic Concert: The live band concert offers a unique cultural experience, where international delegates can experience therapeutic practices such as music therapy and learn how creative forms of stress relief can be integrated into their healthcare systems.

Broadened Perspective on Healthcare: Attending a convention that focuses on appreciating healthcare workers provides international delegates with a new perspective on how recognizing and valuing healthcare professionals can significantly improve morale and retention in the workforce.
