International Riesling Day - Limited Seating Tasting

In honor of International Riesling Day, join us in Symposium's private room for an intimate, guided tasting designed to challenge everything you thought you knew about this iconic grape. We’ll explore five distinct expressions of Riesling from different corners of the world, comparing dryness levels, structure, aromatics and the role of acidity.

Each ticket includes:
• Five curated Riesling pours
• A full glass of your favorite from the tasting
• Mini charcuterie and cheese pairings
• Guided discussion in an intimate limited-seat setting

The tasting concludes in time to transition into live music with Tim Britt at 7 PM...and perhaps another glass.
