About this Event

INTERNATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH DAY – DUBLIN 2026

10 October 2026 | 12:30–5:00 PM | Dublin | In Person

he event will focus broadly on mental health and well-being, confidence, communication, relationships, personal development and practical strategies for creating positive change, approached from different professional perspectives. We are intentionally leaving the detailed content to the live sessions so that our speakers have the freedom to develop their presentations and engage with the audience on the day.

Special Guest: Dr Christina Tracy Stein — joining us from Los Angeles

Join us in Dublin on 10 October 2026 for an inspiring and educational afternoon dedicated to International Mental Health Day, bringing together people from different cultures, backgrounds and communities to talk openly about mental well-being, confidence, communication, relationships and personal growth.

This in-person event creates a welcoming, multicultural environment where participants can connect with others, explore new perspectives and develop practical skills that can support both their personal and professional lives.

Throughout the afternoon, our speakers and facilitators will explore strategies for building confidence and self-esteem, strengthening emotional awareness, communicating with greater clarity, developing healthier relationships and creating a stronger sense of personal agency.

The event combines education, conversation, reflection and community connection — because mental health awareness is not only about understanding challenges. It is also about developing the skills, language and confidence that help us navigate everyday life.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Each attendee will receive a Certificate of Attendance, confirming participation in the seminar and the learning modules completed during the event.

OUR SPECIAL GUEST

DR CHRISTINA TRACY STEIN — LOS ANGELES, USA

We are delighted to welcome Dr Christina Tracy Stein, joining us from Los Angeles.

Dr Christina Tracy Stein is an American psychologist, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified sexologist and experienced international speaker. Her work focuses strongly on three essential skills:

Confidence. Clarity. Connection.

During our International Mental Health Day event, she will bring her clinical experience, communication expertise and practical perspective to a conversation about how the way we communicate — with ourselves and with others — can influence our confidence, relationships and well-being.
