International Market at The Ven at Embassy Row - Vendor Signup

When:

• Saturday May 7th, 2022
• Setup begins at 10am
• Event opens to the public at 11am
• Event closes to the public at 3pm

How much does it cost to participate as a vendor?

• The cost to participate is $100 plus tax. The Ven at Embassy row does NOT take a percentage of any vendor sales.

What is included in my fee?

• One 6'x30" linenless table and two chairs
• Complimentary parking

Are there eligibility requirements?

• We are not accepting food vendors at this time, only vendors selling products are able to participate.
• We are currently seeking vendors selling products with an international component

Are there any COVID restrictions we should be aware of?

• All vendors and shoppers must remain masked at all times.

How many people are you expecting?

• Our holiday market event brought in about 150 shoppers. We anticipate a higher number for the International Market as it coincides with Passport DC.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

• The event will be held indoors

Are payments refundable?

• Payments are non-refundable. Event will be held rain or shine.
