International IKYA Meditation & Astrology WorkshopAre you ready for a new experience in meditation and astrology?
IKYA Meditation is a dynamic and playful meditation that supports you to increase your flow and become more aware of it.
This workshop brings a lot of fun and presence into your meditation practice. You will become more present to your body and in your life. You can start to see more possibilities from the inside out, where stress normally takes over and then you can become more happy and free.
Traditional meditation focuses primarily on drawing your focus inward, to your heart, but often also away from life around you.
IKYA Meditation creates true presence in every single moment, allowing you to blossom, reconnect with yourself and draw you into your life. Then you can begin to master your life from a different starting point.
You will incarnate more fully, make permanent positive changes in your brain structure and recognize your highest spiritual potential that we are all longing for.
Astrology can assist your understanding of the divine plan playing out in our lives, and how simple it is to make use of seasons, cycles and your own identity to constantly be in a constructive dialogue with life. The workshop teaches you how to co-create with the basic Sun-, Moon- and Earth relationship to enjoy your incarnation more.

IKYA Meditation is accessible for all and requires no prior experience with spiritual techniques, whether you are experienced or a beginner.
After the workshop we offer online meditation weekly, to integrate the exercises even more into your daily life.
