On Saturday October 5th at Kenny Dorham's Backyard (1106 East 11th) the International Grooves series celebrates Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year 5785, with live Jewish music - Klezmer from The Mazel Tov Kocktail Hour, and Sephardic music from Kim Simpson! Rosh Hashana begins at sundown on October 2nd and ends at nightfall on Friday October 4th, so this celebration will be belated, but still in the spirit of the new year. 7-8:30 Kim Simpson and friends
