Twice a year, the sun hits pause at its highest point in the sky, marking a moment of peak energy, clarity, and expansion. The summer solstice is a cosmic invitation to harness that light—both around you and within you.
Join us for a celebratory yoga class honoring both the International Day of Yoga and the summer solstice. Through flowing sequences, breathwork, and intentional stillness, we’ll tap into the vitality of the longest day of the year, using movement to ignite our inner fire and reflect on growth, transformation, and possibility.
We’ll wrap up with a deeply grounding meditation, creating space to set intentions, cultivate gratitude, and embrace the energy of the new season. And because we love a good takeaway, you’ll also receive an intention card to carry the experience with you.
