What To Expect

45 Minutes | Movement Practice

We begin with breath-led movement to open the body, release tension, and reconnect with your internal rhythm. This portion is designed to be accessible and supportive for all levels, with options to modify as needed.

45 Minutes | Sound Healing + Meditation

After movement, you’ll settle into stillness as you’re guided through an immersive sound journey using therapeutic frequencies and live instruments. The sound supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
