This special session will be conducted by certified trainers from the Heartfulness Institute, offering a gentle and beginner-friendly experience designed to help participants slow down, reconnect, and recharge.

Important Notes

• Meditation session is recommended for participants aged 15 and above
• Entry is free, but registration is mandatory
• Seats are limited — please register only if you are planning to attend
• We highly recommend bringing your own yoga mat, as only a limited number of mats will be available at the venue
• Please arrive on time to help maintain a peaceful session atmosphere
