International Day of Yoga 2024

Come together with the Northern Rivers community for this free yoga event on International Day of Yoga.

Take a break and enjoy a 30-minute yoga session starting at 12pm, suitable for beginners to advanced, followed by the opportunity to connect with fellow community members over complimentary herbal teas, refreshments and nourishing lunch.

Each attendee will receive a brand new yoga mat to take home!

This event is held in collaboration with the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre at the Consulate General of India in Sydney and is held each year on this day.

Note: There is free onsite parking, with the closest parking available at the entrance of Military Road. The event will be held on the oval.
