Hounslow Council would like to invite you to celebrate International Day for Persons with Disabilities 2025 with its third sector community groups, residents, and staff.
This year’s theme of ‘Amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future”
This theme highlights the vital role that persons with disabilities play in shaping a more inclusive and sustainable world. It emphasises:
Empowering leadership: Recognising and promoting the leadership of persons with disabilities in all areas of life, from local communities to global platforms
Inclusive decision making: Ensuring that persons with disabilities are actively involved in decisions that affect their lives
