Flow into Autumn is a 75-minute Yin Yang yoga practice designed to help you transition smoothly into the cooler months ahead. The first half of class will spark internal warmth through a steady, active Yang flow. The second half will melt into passive, grounding Yin holds to invite deep rest and reflection. You'll be supported in tuning into the changing cycles around and within you.The practice is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, cultivate physical and mental balance, and create space for deep nourishment. After the practice, we will gather for a warm moment of community connection to share experiences and meet fellow expats.
