Meet us in Baltimore to spend time in community with girls’ school advocates and educators from around the world, as we network, share best practices, and learn about emerging educational trends through a wide array of learning and sharing sessions. Play Like a Girl will lead a breakout session about our free mentoring and early career exposure programs for middle school girls, their benefits and impact, and how you can bring this exclusive experience to students at your school.
During the session, the Play Like a Girl team will:
* share how our programs leverage the skills gained from sport to help girls develop a competitive edge—both on and off the field of play
* showcase a variety of sport and STEM programs with multiple implementation options schools can adopt based on their needs and resources
* provide a roadmap that will help your school successfully integrate Play Like a Girl into your community
We hope that by giving girls access to safe, brave spaces and inspiring women role models at the highest level of the game, we can help them see more possibilities for themselves—and, ultimately, reach their full potential.
