From faithful recreations to inventive new interpretations, this International Beatleweek showcase brings together global talent to celebrate the music that changed the world.
International Beatleweek is the world’s largest Beatles festival, created by the Cavern Club in Liverpool - the legendary venue where The Beatles played an incredible 292 times between 1961 and 1963.
Every year the city where it all began becomes the global home for Beatle fans and bands alike, with seven days and seven nights of music, more than 500 performances, and artists from over 25 countries. Recently crowned 'Event of the Year' at the City Region Tourism Awards, Beatleweek continues to bring the magic of The Beatles’ music to life for fans from across the world.
For this special show we present three outstanding artists from this year’s international line-up:
🇦🇷 Nube 9 (Argentina, pictured above) – One of Latin America’s most respected Beatles tribute bands, celebrated for their passionate performances spanning the full Beatles catalogue and beyond.
🇪🇸 The Flaming Shakers (Spain) – Returning to the festival after nine years, this acclaimed “Boots & Suits” band faithfully recreates the sound, look and energy of The Beatles with authentic instruments and costumes.
🇧🇷 Gleison Túlio (Brazil) – A uniquely creative artist blending alt-rock and electro-acoustic sounds to craft fresh, imaginative interpretations of the Beatles’ legendary songs.
Liverpool is where the story began — and during Beatleweek, the world comes back to celebrate it.
This event is in collaboration with The Cavern Club, as part of National Museums Liverpool's Summer of Sound, a six week music programme.
