Curious about Internal Family Systems? Drop in for an in-person event and explore the approach together.
You are most warmly welcomed to join us at our next IFS Drop-In at Café Sobar in Nottingham.IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a kinder way of understanding yourself. At the drop-in you can:
• Get to know your inner critic, worrier or people-pleaser, rather than fighting them
• Understand what those parts are trying to protect you from
• Leave feeling calmer and lighter
• Grow more compassion for yourself and others
• Meet like-minded people

A suggested donation of around £10 is asked.
All proceeds go to Double Impact, the charity behind Café Sobar, which supports people in addiction recovery.

Please arrive a few minutes early, as we close the doors on time to keep everyone safe and held.
The café is in Nottingham city centre and easy to reach by public transport.
