Intermediate Watercolor - New England Red Barn

A New England Red Barn is part of every picture-perfect Fall! Join us at this intermediate watercolor workshop and turn a photo into art. If you're already familiar with watercolor and have done layering and wet-on-wet painting, this is a fun piece to work on. The topics we will cover include:

• How to translate and adapt a photo to a painting
• Tips on perspective drawing
• Use of negative space
• Layering, layering and more layering
• Color blending

Note: Attendees should be comfortable controlling the amount of water in the brush. If you are a beginner to watercolor (or are not familiar with the terms used above), we recommend attending one of the beginner watercolor workshops prior to this workshop.
Duration: 2 hours
Materials: All materials are included, but you are welcome to bring your own supplies and your own photo for translation.
